2026 – Chakra Yinspiration Sessions
Zoom – live or recordings – Wednesday 6.30 – 8pm
Please join Marit for a 1.5 hour live online sessions (recordings also available which last for the year).
This year we are looking at all the chakras, with chakra information and breath work as well as the yin practice for each chakra designed to cultivate the energy and consciousness of each energy center.

- Muladhara/ Root Chakra – 25th March 2026
- Svadhistanna/ Sacral Chakra – 20th May 2026
- Manipura/ Solar Chakra – 17th June 2026
- Anahata/ Heart Chakra – 2nd Sept 2026
- Vishuddha/ Throat Chakra – 7th Oct 2026
- Ajna/ Third Eye Chakra – 4th Nov 2026
- Sahasrara/ Crown Chakra – 2nd Dec 2026
The sessions cost £15 each or £92 for all 7 sessions, and are available as recordings for the same price.

“I personally thought it was amazing and had the right balance, an info recap at the beginning and then straight into practice. This practice allowed me to feel the benefit of a yin class from a student’s perspective but with fantastic information being spoken throughout each pose. It really helped me get into the season and gave me lots to think about in preparation of teaching my class.
